Header Pipes / tubee

Header pipes and intermediate pipes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. The diameter of the tubee, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and design, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header pipe, connection pieces, and intermediate pipes leading to the end silencers is developed through countless test bench runs.
