General description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the headers, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
