General description

With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.Headers and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the planned power, performance development. CNC machined components and weld seams that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, weld seams and their exact placement and design, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and intermediate pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless test bench runs.
Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
