General description

With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubes are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
