General description

Collectors and tubes are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connection pieces, and intermediate pipes all the way to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
