General description

They look like bent tubes, yet there's much more to Arrow headers. These header pipes are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality titanium).

This V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and very malleable. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. It is the perfect material for header pipes, although for intense racing use, titanium remains the first choice due to its weight.

In addition to this exquisite material, Arrow's expertise extends to: tube diameters, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, and the guide of the header pipes.

CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to optimal power, performance development.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for some motorcycles.
