General description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connectors, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.
