General description

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performances development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
