General description

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and intermediate pipes right through to the silencers is developed in countless test bench runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
