General description

They look like bent tubes, yet there is much more to Arrow headers. These header pipes are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality titanium).
This V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically deform. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. The perfect material for header pipes, although for hard racing use, titanium is still the first choice due to its weight.
In addition to this exquisite material, Arrow's expertise contributes: tube diameter, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, the guide of the header pipes.
CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter significantly contribute to optimal power, performance development.
For legal operation, a version with integrated catalyst is also available for some motorcycles.
