General description

A passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are constantly being developed and optimised in line with technological progress and current trends.

Collectors and manifolds are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power delivery. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter play a significant role in this. Thus, the diameter of the manifolds, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the wall thickness of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connectors and mid-pipes right up to the silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

The Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water and weak alkalis, as used in exhaust-care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters are also available in the range for exhaust gas purification.
