Deliveries within Germany (Domestic):
B2C (End customers):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.90 per order for packages up to 31.50 kg.
Cash on delivery shipments cost €14.90.
Orders over €75.00 are delivered free of shipping costs (except cash on delivery).
B2B (business customers):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €6.80 (net) per order for packages up to 31.50 kg.
Cash on delivery shipments cost €12.52 (net).
Orders over €150.00 (net) are delivered free of shipping costs
(except cash on delivery)

Orders over €300.00 B2C (€300.00 net B2B) are delivered free of shipping costs within the EU.

Shipping costs for all other countries are calculated individually depending on the order.
Delivery times:
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1–3 working days, and international deliveries take 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract
(in case of advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Due to a tariff change by our parcel service provider DHL, since July 1, 2013, a fee of €5.00 incl. VAT per return shipment will be charged to all dealer customers in the event of refusal of acceptance or undeliverable shipments. This also applies to shipments that were sent free of charge due to high order value or special agreements.
