Shipping Costs & Payment Methods

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

B2C (End consumers):
We charge a flat shipping rate of 4.90 € per order for packages up to 31.50 kg.
For cash on delivery (COD) shipments, we charge 14.90 €.
Orders over 75.00 € are shipped free of charge (excluding cash on delivery shipments).

B2B (commercial customers):
We charge a flat shipping rate of 6.80 € (net) per order for packages up to 31.50 kg.
For cash on delivery (COD) shipments, we charge 12.52 € (net).
Orders over 150.00 € (net) are shipped free of charge

Deliveries to EU countries, excluding Switzerland, Norway and European islands:

B2C & B2B:
For packages from 0 kg to 10 kg 10.00 €
For packages from 10 kg to 20 kg 20.00 €
For packages from 20 kg to 31.50 kg 35.00 €
Orders over 178.50 € (150.00 € net) are shipped free of charge for international deliveries.

Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway and European islands:

B2C & B2B:
For packages from 0 kg to 1 kg 23.80 €
For packages from 1 kg to 5 kg 29.75 €
For packages from 5 kg to 10 kg 35.70 €
For packages from 10 kg to 15 kg 41.65 €
For packages from 15 kg to 20 kg 47.60 €
For packages from 20 kg to 25 kg 53.55 €

Shipping costs for deliveries to all other countries will be determined separately according to the order.

Delivery Times:
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) are made within 1-3 working days, and international deliveries within 5-7 days after contract conclusion
(for agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a combined shipment, provided we have not made separate agreements with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Due to a change in the tariffs of our parcel carrier DHL, since 1st July 2013, a fee of € 5,- including VAT per return shipment will be charged to all dealer, distributor customers in case of refusal of acceptance or non-delivery of the shipment. This also applies to shipments that were sent free of charge due to high value or special agreement.
