Steering head bearings

Steering head bearings work extremely hard. Ball bearings (balllager) are quite susceptible to wear due to constantly acting point shock loads. With the technically more sophisticated tapered roller bearings (tapered roller bearingn), the load is distributed more evenly, and the load capacity (service life) is higher. And replacement (replace) is simpler. Therefore, we sometimes also offer tapered roller bearing (tapered roller bearing) kits for motorcycles that are originally equipped with ball bearings (balllagern). The parts are precision-engineered and are always delivered as a kit (lower and upper (upperes) bearing, partly including seals (sealing ring)).
