General Description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust choice: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can handle all impacts, are widely adjustable, and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the omission of the external balance tank and the adjustment options for compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of responsiveness and durability. Radial pistons, wet-running guides, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Naturally, the spring preload is continuously adjustable, and the rebound damping can be set via an open bleed system with 22 clicks over an extremely wide range. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many Wilbers extras.

Additional Information and Notes:
- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours for an extra charge. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. In the Nightline version, the aluminium upper surfaces are matt black anodised, the spring is black painted, and applications used for setting of the shock absorber are red anodised.
