Wilbers fork spring kit, progressive, for Honda NC 750 X, type RC 72, model year 14-15 (fork oil to be ordered separately), with ABE according to application list.

General Description

Depending on the application, Wilbers offers progressive or linear fork springs, made from the best and highest quality chrome-silicon steel. For touring and touring-sport, we recommend generally a progressive fork spring to optimise response and, on the other hand, to increase bottoming resistance. The combination of 'Zero Friction' fork springs with the specially developed Wilbers fork oil and adherence to the correct air chamber for the respective vehicle is very important. If desired, individual tuning can be achieved in special cases by changing the air chamber.
For motorsport applications, we recommend the very light linear chrome-silicon fork springs from Wilbers, which were co-developed with the motorsport team.

"ZERO friction" friction reduction through vibratory finishing:
During vibratory finishing, the workpieces to be processed, such as Wilbers fork springs, are located together with an abrasive media specially adapted for this purpose in a vibrating container, known as a trough vibrator.
The vibrations of the container create a relative movement between the workpiece and the abrasive media, leading to a smoothing of the workpiece surface through constant rubbing. At the end of the process, a fine, shiny surface is achieved.
For Wilbers fork springs, this reduction in surface roughness means a minimisation of friction = ZERO friction.

Each set of fork springs includes a recommendation for the viscosity of the fork oil and the air chamber height in the fork. These values have been determined by experienced technicians from Wilbers and ensure optimal riding comfort and feedback at the front wheel.

Note: please order the fork oil separately.
