Regarding the Product Safety Regulation

Manufacturer details


In accordance with the EU Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), manufacturers must provide their company name, registered trademark, postal address, and an electronic address (website or email) for contact purposes on the product or its packaging for products they place on the market. This information must also be made visible on online marketplaces to ensure traceability.

Hazard pictograms 

Hazard pictograms provide information about dangers posed by hazardous substances, mixtures, and articles containing explosives.
Our products are marked with the following pictograms.

Batteries

 The labelling requirement according to § 17 of the Battery Act applies to manufacturers. Manufacturers under the Battery Act are those who first place batteries and accumulators on the market in Germany, even if this occurs via import.
