Our company has since evolved into a comprehensive supplier of high-quality accessories and wear parts. From A to Z, customers can find add-on, spare, and wear parts from high-end manufacturers, as well as in-house developments for everything related to motorcycle and scooters.

Furthermore, alpha Technik's infrastructure also offers many services, such as chassis service or repairs. In the alpha Technik online shop, with over 100,000 listed items currently, orders can be placed around the clock at fair prices.

Office Management Clerk (m/f/d)

What awaits you

In our administration, much revolves around numbers – and that's where you come in. You will work closely with the financial accounting and sales teams and gain practical insight into our company's commercial and financial processes.

Your focus will be on accounting: you will record and verify income and expenses, sort documents, post business transactions with debits and credits, and monitor payment traffic. Additionally, you will assist with monthly and annual financial statements. You will also take on organisational tasks and quickly gain responsibility for your own duties and smaller projects.
You should be actively involved from day one, because just watching is boring.

What we expect

You will be completing or have already completed school with a good secondary school leaving certificate, a Fachabitur (subject-specific higher education entrance qualification), or an Abitur (general higher education entrance qualification). You are keen to combine practice and theory and learn a commercial profession. You are characterised by reliability, good manners, and initiative. You also think 'outside the box' and are a true team player. English language skills are an advantage, but like many things in life, they can be learned.

To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a
Warehouse and Shipping Employee (m/f/d), permanent, full-time 40 hours/week 

Responsibilities

• Order picking: You ensure that customer orders are reliably assembled according to defined standards. Your precision and diligence ensure that our customers are always satisfied.


• Picking, packing, and stocking: You ensure that everything is in its place and orders are correctly packaged.


• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse: A tidy warehouse is a matter of course for you, and you are committed to ensuring that all work areas are clean and safe.

Your Profile

• Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist or have already worked as a warehouse operative, storekeeper, order picker, packer, warehouse assistant, or shipping employee. However, career changers are also welcome.


• Precise and accurate work is your style. You are physically fit, and your high reliability makes you an important member of our team.


• You are resilient and keep a cool head, even when things get hectic.


• A fork forklift licence is an advantage. 


• Good written and spoken German language skills. This helps you to ensure clear communication and that all processes run smoothly.
