Collectors and tubee are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performancesentfaltung. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubee, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds and mid-pipes are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing variants also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.
