Collectors and tubes are the key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances development. CNC-milled components and weld seams that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, weld seams and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is determined through countless dyno runs.
