Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the planned power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter significantly contribute to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lighter weight, the titanium header version is used in racing.
