Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role. The diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds, their precise placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and very malleable. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle cleaning products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Aftermarket catalytic converters for exhaust gas purification are also part of the product range.
