General description

Passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubee are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performances delivery. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubee, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connectors, and mid-pipes up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header version is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with integrated catalyst is also available for many motorcycles. Aftermarket catalytic converters are also available for exhaust gas purification.
