Mechanical 35 kW restriction kits for Euro 3 motorcycles:Since the introduction of the new driving licence directive in 2013, a maximum of 35 kW now awaits holders of driving licence class A2, wanting to be unleashed. With alpha Technik restriction kits, motorcycles of all power, performance categories become more attractive for the motorcycle rider, as almost any desired model can be restricted to the required power, performance of 35 kW. However, special conditions apply to holders of the current driving licence class A2. The power, performance to weight ratio of 0.2 kW/kg and double the original output of the series vehicle must not be exceeded.
Extensive expertise is invested in the development of power, performance reduction. Key factors must be taken into account here: on one hand, there are legal requirements such as exhaust, noise, and power, performance measurements according to the latest EC directive. On the other hand, the aim is to maintain optimal rideability and homogeneous power, performance delivery as unchanged as possible.
