The carbon ignition rotor cover for the BMW S1000RR Stocksport/Racing (2010-now) is attached to the engine using the 4 original screws. The lower section of the ignition rotor cover is designed as thick as possible to provide the most effective engine cover protection possible in the event of an accident. This part is mounted on the original points The ignition rotor cover helps to protect your bike. Like all of our carbon fibre parts, it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current 'best of industry' practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fibre materials using an autoclave.
