General description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can withstand all impacts, are multi-adjustable and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 642
The ultimate in motorcycle-shock absorbers! The upper mounting consists of a machined part. It serves as a connection to the balance tank of the compression damping and houses the adjustment knobs for the low and high-speed ranges of the compression damping. 22 stages per range allow for optimal fine adjustment! At maximum compression speeds, an overpressure valve prevents the shock absorber hydraulic from blocking and uncontrolled impacts from being transmitted to the chassis. The rebound can be adjusted externally in 22 clicks. The spring base can be continuously pre-tensioned.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can, for an extra charge, have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces are matt black anodised in the Nightline, the spring is painted black, and the applications that serve the setting of the shock absorber are red anodised.
