General Description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can handle all impacts, are multiply adjustable and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 642
The ultimate in motorcycle-shock absorbers! The upper mounting consists of a milled part. It serves as a connection to the balance tank of the compression damping and houses the adjustment knobs for the low- and high-speed range of the compression damping. 22 clicks per range allow for optimal fine adjustment! At maximum compression speeds, an overpressure valve prevents the shock absorber from hydraulic blocking and uncontrolled shocks from being introduced into the chassis. The rebound can be externally adjusted in 22 clicks. The spring base can be continuously preloaded.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, for an extra charge, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces are matt black anodized in the Nightline, the spring is painted black, and applications serving the setting of the shock absorber are red anodized.
