General description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can withstand all impacts, are multi-adjustable and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 641
With this shock absorber, the balance tank is attached via a steel braided line. This makes it an ideal alternative for street motorcycles with space constraints. The flexible hose allows the balance tank to be mounted wherever space is available - for example, on the frame where air stream provides cooling. The adjustment knobs for the low and high-speed compression damping ranges, each adjustable in 22 clicks, are also easily accessible from the outside. The rebound damping can be adjusted 22-fold via an open bleed system, and the spring base can be continuously adjusted.

The original fork of the Harley-Davidson Pan America has linear fork springs. We replace these with progressive fork springs, which first leads to significantly better responsiveness and offers more reserve in the second spring rate than the standard setup.
On the rear shock absorber, the spring rate is adjusted via a slightly stiffer spring, in conjunction with optimised rebound and compression damping damping.
The chassis geometry on the front and rear axles has been sensibly adjusted via the negative wheel travel. Originally, the vehicle had somewhat high negative wheel travel. This was compensated by a minimally shorter shock absorber, so that the original seat height is maintained.
This results in improved handling and ride behaviour, which also contributes to a safer ride.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can, for an extra charge, have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces are matt black anodised in the Nightline, the spring is painted black, and applications that serve the setting of the shock absorber are red anodised.
