General Description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust choice: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they are able to withstand all impacts, are highly adjustable and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 641
With this shock absorber, the balance tank is attached to a steel braided hose. This makes it an ideal alternative for streetnmotorcycles with space issues. The flexible hose allows the balance tank to be mounted wherever there is space – e.g., on the frame rear, where air currents from the air stream provide cooling. The adjustment knobs for the low and high-speed range of the compression damping, each adjustable in 22 clicks, are also easily accessible from the outside. The rebound damping can be adjusted 22-fold via an open bleed system, and the spring preload can be continuously adjusted.

Originally, the fork of the Harley Davidson Pan America has linear fork springs. These are replaced by progressive fork springs, which initially leads to significantly improved responsiveness and offers more reserve in the second spring rate than the standard setup. On the rear shock absorber, the spring rate is adjusted via a slightly harder spring, in conjunction with optimised rebound and compression dampingn damping. The chassis geometry on the front and rear axles has been sensibly adjusted via the negative suspension travel. Originally, the vehicle has somewhat high negative suspension travel. These have been adjusted by a minimally shorter shock absorber, so that the original seat height is maintained. This results in improved ride characteristics and better handling, which also contributes to safer riding.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can, for an extra charge, have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces in the Nightline are matt black anodised, the spring is painted black, and applications serving the setting of the shock absorber are red anodised.
