General Description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can withstand all impacts, are multi-adjustable and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the omission of the external balance tank and the adjustment options in the compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of response and durability. Radial pistons, wet running guides, PTFE-guided spherical plain bearings, and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Naturally, the spring preload is continuously adjustable here, and the rebound damping can be set across an extremely wide range via an open bleed system with 22 clicks. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many extras from Wilbers.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours, at an extra charge. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. In the Nightline, the aluminium upper surfaces are matt black anodised, the spring is painted black, and applications serving the setting of the shock absorber are red anodised.
