General Description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can withstand all impacts, are multi-adjustable, and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the omission of the external balance tank and the adjustment options in the compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of responsiveness and durability. Radial pistons, wet-running guides, PTFE-guided spherical bearings, and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber here. Naturally, the spring preload here is also continuously adjustable and the rebound damping can be set via an open bleed system with 22 clicks over an extremely wide range. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many extras from Wilbers.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours, at an extra cost. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces are matt black anodised in the Nightline, the spring is painted black, and applications serving the setting of the shock absorber are red anodised.
