General description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can handle all impacts, are multi-adjustable, and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the absence of the external balance tank and the adjustment options in the compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of responsiveness and durability. Radial piston, wet-running guide, PTFE-guided spherical plain bearings, and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Naturally, the spring preload is continuously adjustable, and the rebound damping can be set via an open bleed system with 22 clicks over an extremely wide range. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many extras from Wilbers.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours, for an extra charge. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. In the Nightline, the aluminium upper are matt black anodised, the spring is painted black, and applications serving the setting of the shock absorber are red anodised.
