General Description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can withstand all impacts, are highly adjustable, and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline offers the same technology as the more complex versions. The difference lies in the omission of the external balance tank and the adjustment options for compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of response and durability. Radial piston, wet-running guide, PTFE-guided spherical bearings, and further features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Of course, spring preload is continuously adjustable, and the rebound damping can be adjusted over an extremely wide range via an open bleed system with 22 clicks. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many extras from Wilbers.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, for an additional charge, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. In the Nightline, the aluminium upper components are anodised matt black, the spring is painted black, and elements that serve the setting of the shock absorber are anodised red.
