General description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust option: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they are built to withstand all impacts, extensively adjustable and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the omission of the external balance tank and the adjustment options in the compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of responsiveness and durability. Radial pistons, wet-running guides, PTFE-guided spherical bearings and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber here. Naturally, the spring preload is continuously adjustable here too, and the rebound stage can be set via an open bleed system with 22 clicks across an extremely wide range. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many extras from Wilbers.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours, at an extra charge. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces are anodised matt black in the Nightline version, the spring is painted black, and the appliqués serving the setting of the shock absorber are anodised red.
