General description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they are capable of handling all impacts, are multi-adjustable, and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the absence of the external balance tank and the adjustment options for compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of response and durability. Radial pistons, wet running guide, PTFE-guided spherical plain bearings, and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Of course, the spring preload is continuously adjustable, and the rebound damping is adjustable over an extremely wide range with 22 clicks via an open bleed system. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many extras from Wilbers.

Additional information and notes:
- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, we can paint the spring in all RAL colours for an additional charge. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces are anodised matt black in the Nightline, the spring is painted black, and setting applications that serve the setting of the shock absorber are anodised red.
