General description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they are capable of handling all impacts, multi-adjustable and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the omission of the external reservoir and the compression damping adjustment options. It makes no compromises in terms of responsiveness and durability. Radial pistons, wet-running guides, PTFE-guided spherical plain bearings, and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber here. Naturally, the spring preload is continuously adjustable, and the rebound damping can be adjusted over an extremely wide range via an open bleed system with 22 clicks. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many extras from Wilbers.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours, at an extra cost. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces are matt black anodised in the Nightline, the spring is painted black and applications that serve the setting of the shock absorber are red anodised. For extra cost, see form (please specify colour during the order process)
