General description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: Equipped with a 46 mm piston, they can withstand all impacts, are multi-adjustable and available in various versions. A strong alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the absence of the external balance tank and the adjustment options for the compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of responsiveness and durability. Radial pistons, wet-running guides, PTFE-guided spherical bearings and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Of course, the spring preload is infinitely adjustable here, and the rebound damping can be adjusted over an extremely wide range via an open bleed system with 22 clicks. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many Wilbers extras.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours, for an extra charge. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces are anodised matt black in the Nightline, the spring is painted black, and applications that serve the setting of the shock absorber are anodised red.
