General Description

Adjustline Ø 46 mm – the robust ones: equipped with a 46 mm piston, they are able to withstand all impacts, are multi-adjustable, and available in various designs. A powerful alternative!

Adjustline 640
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the omission of the external balance tank and the adjustment options for compression damping. It makes no compromises in terms of response and durability. Radial pistons, wet running guides, PTFE-guided spherical plain bearings, and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Naturally, the spring preload is continuously adjustable, and the rebound damping can be set across an extremely wide range via an open bleed system with 22 clicks. The shock absorber can be upgraded with many Wilbers extras.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can, for an extra charge, have the spring painted by us in any RAL colour. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. In the Nightline, the aluminium upper are anodised matte black, the spring is painted black, and the applications that serve the setting of the shock absorber are anodised red.
