General description

Adjustline 36 mm radial pistons in honed precision cylinders guarantee optimal function without external diameter clearance issues.

Adjustline 633
With balance tank on the milled part (Type H40) - the best of the best! The mounting for the pressure reservoir is made of solid aluminium and houses the adjustment units for high- and low-speed compression damping. Hydraulic locking and chassis impacts are prevented by a pressure relief valve. The shock absorber is fully adjustable with 22 clicks each for high-speed, low-speed, and rebound damping. The spring preload can be continuously modified mechanically or even hydraulic. Best materials ensure a long service life and high reliability. Damping and spring are, as always, selected according to rider data!

- In addition to the standard versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours at an extra charge. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper surfaces are anodised matt black in the Nightline, the spring is painted black, and applications serving the setting of the shock absorber are anodised red.
