General description

Adjustline 36 mm radial pistons in precision ground cylinders guarantee optimum function without external diameter space issues.

Adjustline 630
The basic version of the Wilbers Adjustline features the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the absence of the external balance tank and the compression damping adjustment options. It makes no compromises in terms of response and durability. Radial pistons, wet running guide, PTFE-guided spherical plain bearings, and other features redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Naturally, the spring base is continuously adjustable, and the rebound can be set over an extremely wide range with 22 clicks via an open bleed system. The shock absorber can be retrofitted with many extras from Wilbers.

- In addition to the basic versions with black (Blackline) and blue (Blueline) spring, you can have the spring painted by us in all RAL colours for an extra charge. Furthermore, it is possible to order the shock absorber as Wilbers Nightline. The aluminium upper are matt black anodised in the Nightline, the spring is black lacquered, and applications serving the setting of the shock absorber are red anodised. For extra charge, please refer to the form (please specify colour during the order process)
