Depending on the application, we offer our progressive or linear fork springs, manufactured from the best and highest quality chrome-silicon steel. It is crucial to combine them with our specially developed Wilbers fork oil and to observe the correct air chamber for the respective corresponding vehicle. During vibratory finishing, the components to be processed, such as our fork springs, are placed together with an abrasive media specifically adapted for this purpose in a vibrating container, known as a trough vibrator. The vibrations of the container create a relative movement between the workpiece and the abrasive media, leading to a smoothing of the componentupper surface through constant rubbing. At the end of the processing, a fine, shiny surface is achieved.
