WESA Dynamic Feedback
The development of a WESA suspension system for the BMW R 1200 GS LC presented a huge challenge for our technicians and engineers at the time. The reason for this is ZF's ESA Dynamic suspension system with its complex internal processes and setting.
Nevertheless, we have succeeded in develop perfect WESA suspension systems for both standard height and lowerings of 35 mm or 70 mm, while maintaining the original ergonomics.
In addition, we have integrated a feedback adjustment. This allows everyone to choose between Skyhook and sport tuning!

The WESA Dynamic Feedback is, as usual, individually tailored to the rider's weight, load conditions, and intended use. Whether you weigh 50, 80, 100, or 120 kilograms, whether you ride with a pillion passenger or luggage – we just need to know so that we can determine the tuning of the spring rate and increase your riding safety based on your expectations!
In addition to the standard height, the suspension system is offered in two lowering variants of 35 mm and 70 mm, making the BMW R 1200 GS LC accessible to everyone. Lowering the vehicle via the shock absorber maintains the original ergonomics. The individual tuning, the added feedback, and the correct vehicle height will affect your riding behaviour and maximise your safety.
With the newly developed feedback adjustment in the balance tank, you decide how strong the feedback from your suspension elements is. Maximum comfort (original BMW) is achieved in the soft tuning. 22 clicks allow for gradually more feedback, so you feel more and more of the road surface! The feedback adjustment also provides significantly more reserves for off-road riding without losing comfort or responsiveness.
