General description

Piega R aluminium forged rim (race use only):

The PIEGA R series features the innovative "C-section" and is designed for teams, riders, and championships where wheel performance plays a "significant" role.

A highly competitive set of wheels that offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness compared to most commonly used and older designs of forged rims.

The one-piece Piega R series impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the mountings of the chainn sprocket and brake disc are each tailored to the requirements of the individual race bikes.
The surface anodisation also contributes to weight minimisation. The wheels can undergo a special ball-blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels.

OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.
- Scope of delivery front wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounting
- Scope of delivery rear wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounting, rear sprocket carrierr, cush drive damper
- Scope of delivery rear wheel single-sided swingarm: angle valve

For the highest demands, the wheels in the rim and hub area can also be manufactured specifically according to team specifications. Requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be taken into particular consideration. Prices and minimum quantities on request.

Both front and rear wheel can be optionally equipped with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from rotating on the rim under extreme acceleration. The Piega R is naturally also available for single-sided swingarms.
