General Description

Piega R aluminium forged wheel (race use only):

The PIEGA R series features the innovative “C-section” and is ideal for teams, riders, and championships where wheel performance plays a significant role.

A highly competitive set of wheels that offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness compared to most commonly used and older designs of cast rims.

The single-piece Piega R series impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the fitments for the sprocket and brake disc are precisely tailored to the requirements of individual race bikes.
The anodising of the surface also contributes to weight minimisation. The wheels can be subjected to a special ball blasting procedure to further increase the already impressive service life of the wheels.

OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.
- front wheel scope of delivery: bearings, bearing spacers, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounts
- rear wheel scope of delivery: bearings, bearing spacers, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounts, rear sprocket carrierr, cush drive rubbers
- rear wheel single-sided swingarm scope of delivery: angle valve

For the highest demands, the wheels, in the area of the rim and hub, can also be specially manufactured according to team specifications. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities on request.

Both front and rear wheel can optionally be equipped with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from twisting on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is, of course, also available for single-sided swingarms.
