Piega R Aluminium Forged Wheel (race use only/for track use only):The PIEGA R series features the innovative “C-section” and is predestined for teams, riders and championships where wheel performance plays a “significant” role.
A highly competitive set of wheels that offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight and stiffness compared to most commonly used and older forged rim designs.
The single-piece Piega R series impresses with its lightness. The hub design, the mounting of the chain and the brake disc are each adapted to the requirements of the individual race bikes.
The anodising of the surface also contributes to weight minimisation. The wheels can undergo a special bal blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels.
OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).
All necessary components are included in the set.

- Scope of supply rear wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mount, rear sprocket carrierr, cush drive rubbers

For the highest demands, the rim and hub area of the wheels can also be specially manufactured according to team specifications. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities available on request.
Both front and rear wheel can be fitted with an anti-slip coating on request to prevent the tire from twisting on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is naturally also available for single-sided swingarms.
