Piega R aluminium forged wheel (race use only):

The PIEGA R series features the innovative "C-section" and is ideal for teams, riders and championships where wheel performance plays a significant role.

A very competitive set of wheels that offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight and stiffness compared to most commonly used and older designs of forged rims.

The Piega R series, made from a single casting, impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the mountings for chain disc and brake disc are each tailored to the requirements of the individual race bikes.
The anodisation of the surface also contributes to minimising weight. The wheels can undergo a special bal blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels.

OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.
- Scope of delivery front wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc carrier
- Scope of delivery rear wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc carrier, rear sprocket carrier, cush drive rubbers
- Scope of delivery rear wheel single-sided swingarm: angle valve

For the highest demands, the wheels in the rim and hub areas can also be specially manufactured according to team specifications. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities available on request.

Both the front and rear wheel can be optionally equipped with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from rotating on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is, of course, also available for single-sided swingarms.
