General Description

Piega R forged aluminium wheel (race use only/for track use only):

The PIEGA R series features the innovative "C-section" and is ideal for teams, riders, and championships where wheel performance plays a significant role.

A highly competitive set of wheels that offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness compared to most commonly used and older forged rim designs.

The one-piece construction of the Piega R series impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the mounting of the chain and brake disc are each adapted to the requirements of individual race bikes.
Surface anodising also contributes to weight minimisation. The wheels can undergo a special bal blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels.

OZ rim are interchangeable with the original rim. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.
- Front wheel includes: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mount
- Rear wheel includes: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mount, rear sprocket carrier, cush drive rubbers
- Rear wheel single-sided swingarm includes: angle valve

For the highest demands, the wheels, in the area of the rim and hub, can also be specially manufactured according to team specifications. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities available upon request.

Both the front and rear wheel can be fitted with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from twisting on the rim under extreme acceleration. The Piega R is, of course, also available for single-sided swingarms.
