General Description

Piega R Aluminium Forged Wheel (race use only):

The PIEGA R series is equipped with the innovative "C-section" and is designed for teams, riders, and championships where wheel performance plays a significant role.

A highly competitive set of wheels that offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness compared to most commonly used and older forged rim designs.

The Piega R series, with its monoblock design, impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the mountings of the chain disc and brake disc are each tailored to the requirements of the individual race bikes.
The surface anodising also contributes to weight minimisation. The wheels can be subjected to a special bal blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels.

OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swing arms).

All necessary components are included in the set.
- front wheel scope of delivery: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounting
- rear wheel scope of delivery: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc mounting, rear sprocket carrierr, cush drive rubbers
- rear wheel single-sided swing arm scope of delivery: angle valve

For the highest demands, the wheels can also be specially manufactured to team specifications in the area of the rim and the hub. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be considered. Prices and minimum quantities upon request.

Both front and rear wheel can be optionally equipped with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from rotating on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is, of course, also available for single-sided swing arms.
