General Description

Piega R aluminium forged wheel (race use only):

The PIEGA R series is equipped with the innovative "C-section" and is designed for teams, riders, and championships where wheel performance plays a significant role.

A highly competitive set of wheels that offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness compared to most commonly used and older designs of forged wheels.

The Piega R series, made from a single casting, impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub and the mounting of the chain and brake disc are individually tailored to the requirements of each race bike.
The anodisation of the surface also contributes to minimising the weight. The wheels can be subjected to a special bal blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels.

OZ wheels are interchangeable with the original wheels. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.
- Scope of delivery front wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc carrier
- Scope of delivery rear wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc carrier, rear sprocket carrier, cush drive rubbers
- Scope of delivery rear wheel single-sided swingarm: angle valve

For the highest demands, the wheels can also be specially manufactured according to team specifications in the area of the rim and the hub. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities on request.

Both front and rear wheel can be equipped with an anti-slip coating on request to prevent the tire from twisting on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is, of course, also available for single-sided swingarms.
