Piega R aluminium forged wheel (for race track use only):

The PIEGA R series is equipped with the innovative "C-section" and is predestined for teams, riders, and championships where wheel performance plays a significant role.

A very competitive set of wheels which - compared to the most commonly used and older designs of forged rims - offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness.

The monobloc Piega R series impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub and the mounting of chain disc and brake disc are individually matched to the requirements of each race bike.
The anodisation of the surface also contributes to the minimisation of weight. The wheels can be subjected to a special bal blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels.

OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms).

All necessary components are included in the set.

- Scope of delivery rear wheel: bearings, bearing bushes, spacing washers, angle valve, brake disc carrier, rear sprocket carrierer, cush drive rubber

For the highest demands, the wheels can also be specially manufactured in the area of the rim and the hub according to team specifications. In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum quantities on request.

Both front and rear wheel can be equipped upon request with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from rotating on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is, of course, also available for single-sided swingarms.
