Piega R Aluminium forged rim (race use only): The PIEGA R series is equipped with the innovative 'C-section' and is ideally suited for teams, riders, and championships where wheel performance plays a 'significant' role. A highly competitive set of wheels which - compared to most commonly used and older designs of forged rims - offers more advantages in terms of mass, weight, and stiffness. The single-piece Piega R series impresses with its lightness. The design of the hub, the mountings of the chainnblatt and brake disc are each adapted to the requirements of the individual race bikes. The anodising of the surface also contributes to weight minimisation. The wheels can be subjected to a special ball blasting procedure to further improve the already impressive service life of the wheels. OZ rims are interchangeable with the original rims. For the rear wheel, only the rear sprocket needs to be replaced (except for single-sided swingarms). In particular, requirements regarding weight, mass, and stiffness can be taken into account. Prices and minimum order quantities upon request. Both front and rear wheel can be optionally equipped with an anti-slip coating to prevent the tire from twisting on the rim during extreme acceleration. The Piega R is, of course, also available for single-sided swingarms.
